岗位职责描述：

1. 熟悉建筑材料、配件的采购流程管理和价格趋势走向，了解铝挤压、压铸、塑料注塑、五金冲压等制造工艺和检验标准者，工程背景优先考虑；

2. 结合公司整体业务制定合理的采购方案，优化供应链；

3. 负责采购合同的谈判、执行以及过程的控制与管理，能独立解决问题；

4. 价格及相关贸易条款谈判能力强，良好的价格成本分析能力；

5. 善于开发新供应商，进行供应商的筛选，负责供应链管理，保证内、外部的沟通流畅；

6. 定期向直接上级述职；

7. 完成直接上级安排的其它临时工作任务；

8. 团队管理，提升并改善部门内部绩效，建立 并执行关键业绩指标，组织筹划，流程控制。

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，熟悉外贸交易流程，具备丰富的国际贸易知识；

2. 能适应出差；

3. 3年或以上外贸公司采购的工作经验；

4. 为人正直、品格端正，有良好的自律性；

5. 良好的中、英文口头及书面表达能力，能直接与英国及澳洲进行沟通交流；

6. 熟练使用办公软件；

7. 优秀的人际沟通能力，商务谈判能力，具备良好的协调能力和数据综合分析能力，对市场的判断力及敏锐性；

8. 工作认真、细致，对数字及时间管理敏感，责任心强，吃苦耐劳，积极进取，有耐心，具有较强的沟通能力和服务意识，做事有条不絮，为人正直、敢于坚持原则，具有团队合作精神。

Duties:

Job description: Proactively identify and negotiate contract opportunities to leverage the buying power of 3o to lower the cost of procurement of goods and services. Ensure that contracts meet all national and international regulations and customer needs. Typical Work Activities are:

1. Review, interpret and negotiate vendor contracts for accuracy and completeness;

2. Manage contracts with suppliers to ensure supplier compliance;

3. Analyzes supplier change requests to existing contracts and approves changes or revisions;

4. Participate on procurement sourcing teams for the research and contract management of supplies and services;

5. Participate in strategic planning to target future cost savings with appropriate commodity;

6. Track markets to anticipate customer needs, changes to those needs, and the impact to existing contracts or development of future contracts;

7. Monitor inflation and its impact on forecasting;

8. Evaluate Supplier performance through review of reports and customer feedback and resolve issues and implement solutions to address negative supplier performance;

9. Act as liaison between marketing and suppliers to implement fulfillment of contracts;

10. Facilitate the resolution of disputes with supplier to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;

11. Coordinate the integration of new suppliers into the procurement system;

12. Create and review reports showing status of contract activity;

13. Supplier cessation;

14. Project management of sourcing programs;

15. Category management of specific material groups;

16. Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
