职位描述：
1、与客户达成良好沟通，为客户提供售前售后服务，建立良好的客户关系；
2、负责电商平台网站后台管理与客户资料完善跟进；
3、负责跟进和协助解决客户提出的问题，提高客户满意度和忠诚度；
4、了解客户需求，对其需求提供专业解答，并协助市场部门进行客户跟进二次销售工作；
5、定期与不定期进行客户维护和书面与口头回访；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限；
2、良好的沟通能力，能积极主动的与客户进行沟通，积极发现客户问题；
3、具有很强的服务意识和责任感，能灵活处理各种突发情况，；
4、语言组织能力强、表达思路清晰、普通话标准；
5、较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题，有一定的抗压能力；
6、有一定的海淘客服经验者优先。
