Responsibilities : Workshop Manager (10-15 people)
- Ensuring smooth running and efficiency of the workshop.
- Be able to assemble and check our system.
- Be responsible for the assembling Quality.
- Support Production Manager in his day to day work.
- Manage staff work and schedules.
- Ensure people can respect standards (quality, work instruction, TPM …).
- Promoting safe working practices and clean workshop.


Qualifications:
- University degree in Mechanical
- Experiences in assembling, manufacturing, quality control on mechanical assembly
- Excellent supervisor experience, minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Team Leader
- Fluent English or French (Mother language: Chinese)
