职位描述
任职要求
1. 国际贸易或商务英语专业，大专以上学历
2. 精通国际贸易及商务英语，具备良好的英语听说读写能力，英语等级要求大学英语四级以上
3. 有3年以上外贸跟单工作经验，精通外贸跟单流程及船务流程，熟悉工厂运作流程
4. 熟练操作国际支付方式：T/T， L/C，D/P，D/A
5. 熟练船务操作，从算材积、订舱、安排拖柜、出货到制作船务文件
6. 熟悉办公应用软件，精通Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook
7. 具有较强的人际沟通协调能力、极强的工作责任感、忠诚度及坚韧不拔的毅力和耐心，严守机密
8. 具有团队合作精神；较强的学习能力；能够承受一定的工作压力；
9. 有LED照明、网络营销、电子商务等工作经验者优先
工作职责：
1. 制单
制作《生产指令单》、《接单及销售月报表》
2. 跟单
跟进样品单并寄样，跟进生产订单，定期向外贸专员汇报生产进度
3. 验货、出货
完成生产后，通知客户或验货公司验货
验货通过后，开立《出货通知单》通知成品仓出货
制作出货文件
4. 对账
收到财务对账单，将Debite Note发给客户对账
5. 售后
妥善处理客人对产品质量问题的各种投诉、退换货
