Responsibilities:
The coordinator handles day to day operational duties of customer service, coordination with the customs and the shipping matters.
Assist Operations Department for job schedule and Sales for enquiry information
Handle all shipping and operational duties pertaining to outbound shipments, Transshipments, storage
Update NSI information with more customer information
Check the volume with measurement list and job report of our broker to make sure there is no overflow; in case of overflow, CS need inform the Sales of the situation immediately.
If the storage is required, make sure everything is clear regarding the billing and insurance extension if the shipment is insured and the storage period at the destination is over three months
Handle claims and complaints if damage occurs
Update monthly freight report (sea and air)
Update monthly tonnage report on Intranet
Update monthly GM report with Operation and all other members of CS
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Experience in an international company (preferred, not necessary)
-Fluent in English both on writing and speaking( CET 6 must required)
-Good communication skills
-Willing to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
-1-2 years related work experience is preferred.
