Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the sweater, cut & sewn development, price negotiation, sampling and order placement
2. Be responsible for supervising the production follow up with the team
3. Be responsible for risk management, process management
4. Coordinate with factory and head office to make the orders go smoothly
5. Must be able to find the best suitable factories for each different model, depending on the style, fabric and cost efficiency
6. Train new factory to adapt to our working process
7. Give a solution when problem happened during the operation
8. Evaluate vendor's performance by analyzing the sampling speed, price, cooperation


Qualification:
1. Be familiar with jersey knit and outer wear fabric cut and sew material, gauge, construction and technique
2. Well organized in working with high efficiency
3. Excellent English level in reading, writing and oral
4. Have bachelor degree, major in textile industry is preferable
5. Good skill in development, negotiation, communication
6. Be flexible for the working time, if it is needed
7. Have a high working responsibility
8. Be able to stand high pressure from work
9. Open minded, easy going personality
