本公司是一家法资公司，从事高档化妆品原料的进口及代理业务，现因业务发展需要，特招聘以下人才：

职位：销售助理（1名）

要求：学历 – 本科以上学历

技能 - 能熟练地进行计算机的操作，掌握office(word,excel,powerpoint…)的应用

语言 - 普通话/粤语，英语的听、写和说良好；

其它 - 细心、吃苦耐劳、善于文档管理、适应能力强、具有团队合作精神，沟通协调能力、解决问题的能力强…

职能- 支持公司内外销售团队，跟踪客户项目、建议及要求。翻译相关资料，审阅销售文件，准备报价、合同管理、销售报告等。

对外，协助客户、分销商；对内，配合供应链部门和财务部门的工作。

1 Sales Support Assistant

- Education: university degree.

- Skills: must be computer literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint…

- Language: Mandarin, Cantonese. Written & spoken English required. Frequent communication with the foreign general manager

- Keen sense of customer service. Excellent communication skills

- Detail oriented. Well organized. Ability to multi-tasks many administrative duties

- Support members of the internal / external sales team in advancing customers project: Follow customers issues and inquiries. Translate correspondence. Review and distributie sales related documents. Prepare and distribute quotation, contracts, sales reports to advise team members

- Coordinate with customer / distributor / Supply Chain Dept / Financial Dept..
