Responsibilities:

· Responsible for draw up company’s recruitment proposal负责拟定公司招聘方案；

. Responsible for make up attendance record and related reports 负责考勤及相关报表制作

· Assist to make a recruitment plan and staffing budget参与公司招聘规划和人员编制预算；

· Supervise the progress of recruitment and satisfy the demand of each department监督执行招聘工作，满足公司各部门的用人需求；

· Responsible for setup, develop and evaluate the recruitment channels负责招聘渠道的建立、开发及评估；

· Optimize the recruitment procedure, shorten the cycle, and enhance the recruitment efficiency优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率。

· Resume screen and first interview简历筛选及初次面试。

· Analyze the training needs, and make the annual training plan分析公司的培训需求，制定年度培训计划；

· According to the demand of company development, design the training proposal for each position and implement it.根据企业发展的要求，针对各类岗位设计培训方案并具体实施；

· Monitor the market situation and the newest management knowledge for making the training plan掌握培训市场动态和最新管理知识，为制定培训计划服务；

· Coordinate with the internal and external training resources协调内外部培训资源；

· Follow up all the training issues according to the annual training plan;根据年度培训计划跟进培训事宜；

· Handle with expatriates’ work permit and residence permit; 外籍员工就业证及签证办理；

· Responsible for the implementation of the employee activities according to the Annual ER Program;根据年度员工活动方案对员工活动进行跟进和执行。

· News collection and article edition for global magazine - <Between Us> 对公司全球杂志《Between Us》进行新闻收集、编辑。

Requirements:

University Degree or above;

More than 4 years working experience in recruitment & training function;

Good at English in written.

Excellent use in EXCEL.

Good teamwork, can work under pressure.
