1、大学大专以上文化,23岁以上,男丶女不限,硬丶软件兼备尤佳; 优秀应届毕业生亦可
2、熟悉数字/模拟电路以及单片机/ARM工作原理；

3、精通C和C++语言并灵活运用一种编程环境.如KEIL,ADS.

4、熟悉8/32位单片机、嵌入式MCU特性、存储系统硬件特性

5、有良好的分析问题和独立解决BUG的能力

6、工作责任心强，具有较强的团队协作精神，具有良好的沟通能力。
