岗位描述：
? 协助外贸经理开展外贸工作，处理相关外贸业务；
? 配合公司的外贸部进行市场行业信息收集, 客户信息整理；
? 制作外贸单据、处理客户的询函以及整理和归档相关工作资料；
? 联系工厂处理货物的打样、出货等事宜，及时、准确地向客户反映情况；
? 处理客户的投诉；
? 协调外贸部与其他部门的工作联络。
岗位要求：
? 大学专科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
? 1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验，有相关工作经历者优先考虑；
? 熟悉整个外贸业务操作流程，可独立跟单者优先考虑；
? 流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力，熟悉OFFICE操作软件；
? 具有良好的职业道德和个人素养，较强的工作热情和责任感，勤于思考，善于沟通，可承受一定工作压力。
