Responsibilities:
- To recruit employee up to Manager level via different channels to obtain optimal result in hiring cost and best candidates within the limited time span;
- To administer monthly payroll, personal income taxes, Social Insurance;
- To handle weekly meal allowance;
- To handle administration reimbursement;
- To manage the performance management process;
- To maintain personnel record and filing;
- To handle new join & exit activities;
- To handle all staff relation functions & activities;
- To assist in projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in human resource functions
- Experience as an HR generalist / C&B / administration experience in sizeable organization, preferably with exposure in MNCs
- Well versed with local employment regulations; experience in policies & procedures review in the different regions in China is desirable
- Proactive, resourceful, organized and highly motivated; able to work under pressure
- Team player with a can-do attitude and unquestionable integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with staff at different levels
- Communicable spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
