Tasks:
Assist the general manager with the development of the company financial policies
(Co-)Author the operational year plan of the department Finance & Personnel
Managing the Finance & Personnel department.
To take care of the debtor- and creditor administration
Support external accountants and government accountants in doing financial checks
Calculate the business results and periodically create financial reports
Create a detailed year account calculation in close cooperation with the general manager
Execute internal financial audits
Guard the defined budgets
Create and file the tax declarations
Check the personnel administration, salary updates and the accommodation rental contract
Timely provide relevant information to interested parties, both internal as external
Provide obligatory external financial reports
Process declarations and cash requests
Educate and train the department staff
Take care of order and cleanliness of the department. Take care of the behavior and safety of the staff of the department, as well as the inventory of the department
To manage, document and analyze the activities of the Finance & Personnel department
To take care that standards, instructions and the quality system are applied correctly
To take care of feeding back quality deviations to the QA manager and the general manager
In charge of financial model in ERP integration according to guidelines;
Coordinate for foreign exchange and customs business;
Coordinate with other depts. In the JV for implement the internal control;

Job Requirement / Core Competencies:
University degree in accounting or finance;
At least 4 years accounting experiences in foreign invested manufactures in China;
Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred d.

Can deal well with confidential information
Good human relations and management skills
Good knowledge of the English written and spoken language
Good knowledge about business automation
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
