1. 经验要求：熟悉外贸销售流程，3年以上销售经验；具有良好英语沟通及书写能力

D. 在客人压力下坚持公司原则方向，服务于客人最终利益；
Maintain our principle under the pressure from client, cooperate to work for the ultimate interest of client
3. 工作内容
Job content:
制定全年工作目标；
Set up the target of whole year
通过展会、客人来访等联系国外客人；
According to exhibition and visiting from client, to keep in touch with foreign clients
对客户经行评估分析；
Estimate clients
A. 通过沟通、谈判了解客户需求；
Find out the real need of client by communicating and negotiating
B. 完成报价及订单工作；
Finish quotation and booking
C. 对成功及失败原因分析统计；
Analyzing the reasons both of success and failure
4. 优先条件
Priority
A. 有团队销售管理经验；
Experience in managing sales group
B. 熟悉胜任大客户及大订单管理工作；
Be competent for managing big order and major client
C. 熟悉欧洲语种
Familiar with the languages of Europe
