Key Responsibility主要职责:
Work with sheet metal manager, the operators and any other technical support from German to develop powder coating process, work instructions, and control plan to ensure a fluent and repeatable manufacturing flow, high work efficiency, and robust product quality.在钣金经理、喷粉工人和德国的技术支持人员的协助下，编制粉末喷涂工艺流程，作业指导书和控制计划，确保流畅和准确的流程，高效的工作效率，和持续的产品优良品质。

Job Description工作描述:

1 Understand working principle of powder coating理解粉末喷涂工艺的工作原理
2 Develop process diagram for powder coating编制粉末喷涂的工艺流程
3 Develop work instructions for powder coating编制粉末喷涂的作业指导书
4 Develop control plan for powder coating编制粉末喷涂的控制计划
5 Design powder coating fixtures设计粉末喷涂工装
6 Layout design/improvement for powder coating area based on 5 S principles基于5S和精益原则设计和优化装配区域的布局
7 Work with identified trainers to train the operators和培训共同培训喷粉工人
8 Process audit based on process diagram, work instructions, and control plans基于流程图、作业指导书和控制计划开展工艺流程审核
9 Do value analysis to reduce our costs开展价值分析以降低产品成本
10 Other tasks as assigned by the sheet metal manager其他由钣金经理布置的工作

Qualification and Specification要求:

1 Bachelor or master degree, major in mechanical机械类专业大学本科或硕士毕业
2 Know powder coating process 对粉末喷涂工艺有一定了解
3 Good command of English, can use English as working language, can listen, read, speak and write in English良好的英语读说听写能力，能使用英语作为工作语言；
4 3 years experience in machinery company, sheet metal company will be better. work as process engineering or manufacturing engineering 2 years minimum 3年以上机械工厂的工作经验，在钣金加工厂工作过更好，至少两年从事工艺工程师的经历
5 Know all MS Office functions CAD system and when possible SAP R/3熟练使用办公软件和制图软件，了解ERP系统
6 A good team player, a good problem solver具备团队合作精神，能独立解决问题
