WORKING HOURS: Working hours 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 1/2 day.
SALARY RANGE:RMB6,000 –RMB7,999/M, must strong English speaking/good attitude/well experience in Garment.

Due to continued growth, this leading Fashion Company is seeking an experienced garment costing lady to join our team in Guangzhou
The one will handle product cost analysis across garments and give recommendations, so that the best samples can be developed and produced in the most cost-effective way.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate closely with Development, Material and other key functions and respective factories to ensure that samples are developed to cost targets.
2.Proactively identity and capitalize on cost saving opportunities, and ensure price/value optimization
3.Handles the entire costing operations of defined product ranges or brands.
4.Reviewing and analysing the cost of different raw material, components, product construction and production procedure in order to suggest the most cost-effective way to build the sample
5.Proposing changes in materials and construction to save costs while still maintain the quality
6.Providing advice for the development and give the factory right direction for the sample development.
7.Communicating in a clear and simple way, so that R&D team and factory can understand the results of analysis.
8.The cost analyses are completed on time.

Requirements:
1.University or College degree in Garment
2.Have at least 5 years working experience in garment manufacturing.
3.Familiar with pattern, CMT, fabrics etc.
4.Deep understanding of sample development and production process
5.Strong knowledge on cost of each part of the garment production process
6.Fluent in English
