岗位要求：

1. 精通photoshop、coreldraw、llustrator、flash、dreamweaver、html等
2. 有良好的美术功底与创作能力，有网站整体版式设计、网页设计、制作能力,熟悉网站设计制作流程
3. 熟悉网络整体架构设计，栏目规划，页面制作及系列产品总体系面风格设计， 对设计有独到见解，能跟踪最新的网页设计制作风格。
4. 具备良好的前端架构分析能力，积极参与前期设计。
5. 热爱本职工作，工作细心、责任心强，具备团队合作精神，良好的沟通及协调能力。
6. 会简单地编程，能够熟练维护网站，具有良好文字表达能力者优先;

岗位职责：

1. 根据产品需求和设计图完成网站前端页面制作，保证页面的浏览器兼容性
2. 优化前端页面体验和页面响应速度，维护网站整体结构
3. 策划、设计各种网站主题页面，网页风格设计。
4. 熟悉html/css等网页语言，熟悉div+css布局，能够熟练处理浏览器兼容性问题。
