岗位职责：
1.根据国际市场发展和公司的战略规划，协助总经理制定总体产品研发，销售战略、销售计划及量化销售目标
2.制定本区域全年销售费用预算，负责分解下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制，保证公司利润
3.执行公司下达的销售任务，定期对国际市场营销环境、销售目标、销售计划、客户业务活动发展进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制订预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销任务
4.主持公司重大营销合同的谈判与签订工作，定期和不定期拜访重点客户，及时了解和处理问题。督促检查处理大客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果
6.根据国际营销总部制定的绩效考评原则，与人力资源部商讨并确定绩效考评方法；对直接下级进行考评，并进行考评沟通，鼓励、引导、激励团队正面发展

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，专业不限，英语熟练
2、5年以上外贸工作经验，
3、2年以上同岗位工作经验
