职位描述
1. 负责整个业务流程的协调跟踪，与客户及海外代理联络；
2. 负责制作海运单证及相关文件，录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；
3. 负责及时提供货物运输信息，处理客户咨询及反馈问题；
4. 完成领导安排其他工作



任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 国际贸易、英语或者国际物流相关专业；

3. CET-4；

4. 掌握国际物流相关知识；

5. 熟练使用相关办公软件：Word，Excel，PPT等。

6. 要有责任心，进取心，保持细心并且高度全面的工作状态，随和、吃苦耐劳能承受较大的工作压力。


Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for the entire business process tracking and contact with shipper and agent aboard；

2.Issue the sea freight doc. and the related docs, responsible for the credit and debit amount inputting, arrange the invoicing；

3.Responsible for timely provide goods transport information and deal with the clients' consultations and feedbacks；

4.Conduct other duties and tasks as required and assigned.




Requirement：

1. Associate College Degree or Above

2. Major in international trade, English or Logistics

3. English level: CET-4

4. Knowing about international trade knowledge

5. Skilled in using office software: Word, Excel, PPT etc.

6. Responsible, proactive, careful, high comprehensive, out-going, bear hardships, could work under great pressure.
