Report to Production Manager (BBQ Unit)

1-Main responsibilities:
1. To responsible for executing the Production Plan, Organize the workers according the Production Plan and Process sheet, to change the machines to different references ,keep the line working continuously
负责执行生产计划，根据生产计划和流程指引组织安排工作, 按不同产品型号更换不同模具、夹具，使机器正常运作，保持生产线连续生产
2. Reponsible for Area Quality, Before start confirm the first piece is right according to the Bom and Drawings; Check the work pieces regularly according to the working instruction; any quality problem, inform the quality technician ; stop the line if the problems are serious
负责区域质量，工作前必须根据图纸清单确认首件产品是否正确；按照工作指引定期检查工件质量并记录，遇上质量异常情况通知质量技术员，情况严重时可停线
3. Solve the Problem of machine immediately in order make production continues; repair the fixture which it have problem; always coordinate with Maintenance technician to deal with some maintenance Job, present some Improvement Suggestion on initiative and check with Line Technician or Manager
尽快解决生产设备出现的问题使生产线正常运转；修理生产线中有问题的工装夹具；配合维修技术员解决一些维修问题；主动提出改进方案并与生产经理或流程技术员沟通；
4.Preventive Maintenance the machine and fixture; Keep the order of the Area and tools and put the materials in order to avoid the workers take self. Inform to the manager when Measuring tool is have problems
做好机器和工装夹具的预防保养；保持工作区域和工具的干净整齐物料摆放整齐，避免工人私自乱取；当有检具出现问题时要及时通知上级
5.Responsible for ensure good conditions for the tooling and Spare part consumption, Analyze and improve the abnormal situation in order to reduce the cost
确保在生产过程中消耗品以及配件损坏的正常，分析以及改善异常情况以减少损耗；
6.Have the workers under control, and training the workers when they are news in a workstation
管理控制员工及负责生产车间调度，及培训生产线工人
7.Responsible for improve the line and process with manager to get more productivity and better quality，Think in the ergonomy of work station;
在工作区域内负责配合生产经理改进生产线和生产工艺以得到更高产能及质量，改进生产线以便提高产品的产量和质量
8.Responsible for Produce Identification, Reject, Defect or Scrap deal with Company Procedure
负责产品标示，退货、不良与报废要按照公司的程序操作
9.To execute the Task from Manager
执行经理的工作安排

2 - STUDIES REQUIRED
· 机械类专业的中专或大专以上

3 - SKILLS REQUIRED
- 熟悉机械基础、机械维修以及电工基础。对机加工设备有了解，能独立维修工装或简单的设备维修
- 有带领班组的能力，能培训操作员
- 有良好的沟通能力以及执行能力
- 对生产发生的问题有分析并解决的能力
- 能吃苦耐劳，能上夜班
- 能用英文做日常沟通及交流

4- Experiences Requirement
· 机械加工类工厂工作3年以上，从事维修或车间技术员职位
Above 3years work in Machining Manufactory with Maintenance or Workshop technician position
· 有欧美生产制造企业工作经验优先
Preferred in working experiences from Foreign manufacturing company

需配合生产倒班，住三灶者优先考虑。
