Job description:
- Share product (luxury watches) knowledge with customers according to the company guidelines
- Handle and follow-up on customer after-sales service needs and enquiries through reception and telephone communication.
- Support technical team and management by collecting sufficient & accurate data on incoming enquiries
Personal skills and qualifications:
1. College diploma (or above) holder, with at least 2 years’ full time working experience.
2. Excellent communication and listening skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
3. Positive attitude, integrity and good self-control under pressure.
4. Good personal appearance and image
5. Team player
6. Attend to detail
7. Preferred: abundance of experience in Customer Service or Reception Service in prestigious hotels
