Duties: the web administrator
is responsible for maintaining and updating the website. The website is crucial
to ISAC business both incoming material
eg resumes, school advertisements, general advertisements, updating news and
photos, school material, other information on the site eg updating government
links, and similar sites, updating databases, login and password control, updating
logos and marketing links, and ensuring the website is interactive and up to
date at all times. The technical aspects of the website eg design, technical
maintenance (capacity and speed), search engine recognition, database design
and linkages will be the responsibility of an outsourced technical designer.

Experience
in photography including Photoshop, and photo editorial skills, for the website
and written material is important in this position.

Experience: proven recent web administrative experience. Experience relevant to the duties of the
position. An applicant with this experience and additional photographic skills
would be sought after.

Other qualifications: tertiary
qualifications and good language and written English is essential. The website
is in English and aimed at interacting with native speaking foreigners in the
education field. The contact this
position will make with ISAC clients is in English both verbally and written.

The
preferred candidate will be someone who has studied abroad and returned to
China and is seeking to work in an international education environment. Local
Chinese nationals meeting the requirements are also welcome to apply.

Supervision: this position answers to the
general manager and Board.
