岗位职责：
1、负责日常维修、计划检修、保养；
2、负责施工监理、配电线路安装等工作；
3、及时巡查，发现问题及时处理；
4、负责内部所有电气设备的维护检修工作。

任职资格：
1、身体健康，年龄在30岁-45岁之间；
2、2年以上工作经验，持电工证；
3、有相关物业工作经验。

工作地点：广州番禺南村
双休，购买5险，可提供宿舍。
