Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Capture claim data in an efficient and effective manner according to the company policies.

2.Ensure claims procedures, documentation is adhered to the claims management requirement.

3.Set and monitor reserve adequately and timely and ensure the authoritative level laid down is complied with.

4.Perform any other duties and claims related issues assigned by the Manager.

5.Manage the claims portfolio effectively including but not limited to achieve the claims KPIs and metrics targets.

Candidate Requirements:

1.Past experience of insurance related field preferred.

2.College degree or above with 2 years of relevant working experience.

3.Good command of written English and Chinese.

4.Detail-oriented, high level of accuracy.

5.Self-motivated team player with problem solving skills.

6.Able to work under fast-paced and repetitive environment.

7.PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word, etc.

8.Medical background will be an advantage.

9.Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
