For our Sourcing Office in Guangzhou – we are looking for a Quality Controller for shoes, bags and belts. The successful candidate will work closely with the product manager,designer from Paris and with the merchandiser in Guangzhou.

Your Responsibilities:
The process of the pre-production meeting, inline and final inspections, testing sample picking.
Working in collaboration with the merchandiser to ensure proper quality standards.
Production follow-up
Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on sight solutions during the inspections
On sight report to the merchandiser and to the production manager about running productions
Train and evaluate supplier to meet TW standards.
您的职责：
产前会议的准备工作、中期和尾期的验货、检测以及抽样工作；
能与跟单密切的沟通，以达到质量标准；
生产跟踪；
解决产品制作过程中遇到的问题，可以当场提出有效方案；
向跟单汇报现场的生产情况；
用TW的质量标准培训以及评估供应商。

Your Profile
Minimum 5years experience as a Quality Controller in a fashion women’s wear company at the shoes, bags and belts departments.
Bachelor degree or above from Textile / Clothing engineering
Strong product knowledge and technical background especially on shoes is neccessary
Organized, serious, flexible and self-motivated person, able to work independently and also in a team within a fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Excellent English knowledge orally and in written
Deep knowledge of Microsoft WORD & EXCEL and Power Point
Ready to travel in China

5年以上流行时尚的QC经验，即有流行女鞋、女款手袋和腰带的QC经验；
本科以上学历，相关纺织工程或制衣专业；
须有女鞋的产品知识和技术背景；
有团队精神、有组织精神、有自控力、独立，并跟得上时尚的快步伐；
沟通能力强；
英语沟通能力强，听、读、写能力须佳；
精通office办公软件（Word/Excel/Power Point）；
能国内随时出差；
