主要职责：

--协助校长管理中心的各项工作，包括市场、销售、教学及人事行政管理等；
--根据管理总部的要求对当地市场进行全方位和深度的开发；
--协助校长向管理总部汇报中心的经营计划及运作状况；
--执行管理总部下达的营运目标，积极拓展市场，提升业绩，并有效控制成本；
--协助中心校长对外事务的联络、处理。
要求：

1、本科以上学历；30周岁以上；
2、从事企业中层以上管理岗位三年以上经验，有英语培训行业或相关服务行业经验者；
3、具备丰富的营销经验，具备一定的团队管理经验；
4、优秀的沟通及领导才能；
5、工作责任心强，能承受工作压力；
6、良好的英文语言能力，优秀的基本操作能力(如:英文能力,计算机能力,熟练使用EXCEL和ACCESS）。
--此岗位需要相关工作经验，请应届生及无相关工作经验人士勿投。
