Job Duties (工作范围):
1) Responsible for assisting oversea sales during / after process.
2) Understand clients’ requests clearly and try to find best offer in shortest time.
3) Push for orders and keep track on the orders processing and ensure to be proceeding stable and be on time.
4) Monitor market trend according to clients’ inquiry and order.
5) Finish weekly report and update TOGO system and compare the venders and offers.
6) Responsible for developing more potential market.
7) Responsible for maintaining a good business relationship with our current and potential clients.
8) Responsible for forecasting and avoiding potential problems.
9) Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
10) Liaise with factories to maintain good business relationships.

Requirements(要求)：
1) Diploma holder or equivalent degree is required.
2) Minimum 1 year related experience, prior experience in trading company is an added advantage.
3) Knowledge of international trading and strong sense of overseas trading.
4) Effective oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin
5) Good computer knowledge & MS applications (Word, Excel)
6) Familiar with European Market is an added advantage.
7) Good negotiation skills and communication ability.
