Job Description:

Find and filter technical staff
Managing personnel costs and budgeting
Motivate the staff to stay with the company
General management support
Setup of company documentation
Overtime and leave administration
Develop personnel policies, like social and bonus policies
Personnel performance evaluation and documentation
Evaluate personnel training needs
Check salary competitiveness
Deal with work conflicts
Execute staff satisfactory reviews
Organize social activities
Manage day-labor companies to deal with varying workload of the factory
Manage external workers like lunch service, cleaning services and the driver
Handle the activities related to special events like child birth and sickness
Educate and train the department staff
Develop a guidebook outlining the required behavior of all positions
Audit overall safety and fire prevention measures
Audit evacuation plans and fire escape routes
Safeguard the in-house first-aid capacity

Requirements of Work Experience:

At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
Experience in commercial and international environments
Experience in hiring technical staff
Extensive knowledge and experience with Chinese labor law
Experience in motivating staff to stay with a company

Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree in personnel management
Excellent human relations and management skills
Excellent conflict handling skills
Can deal well with confidential information
Good knowledge of the English written and spoken language
Good knowledge about business automation
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
