Sourcing Director

采购总监

Job Responsibilities

工作职责：

-Implements goals and strategies set for the sourcing team.

采购团队的目标实施及管理、战略设置及建设

-Will need to analyze sourcing staff, set goals, evaluate their performance and teach them how to improve

进行采购团队的目标管理、绩效考核以及人员培训

-Identify key suppliers needed to develop production strategies according to company production needs.

主要供应商审核，根据客户产品需求制定产品生产策略

-Control the costs of China raw materials and calculate product pricing

监控原材料价格及产品报价

-Oversee product development from sample through production.

监督产品开发，监控从样品到批量生产的转换过程

Qualifications

任职要求:

-Should have 10 years sourcing experience with 5 years experience in a management role.

具有10年以上采购工作经验，5年以上采购团队管理经验

- Must have experience sourcing many different categories of products, including: Promotional items, electronics, toys, glass, plastics, printing

必须具有多种不同种类产品的采购经验，包括：礼品、电子产品、玩具、玻璃制品、塑料制品以及印刷品；

-Experience with products exported for US market

具有对美国市场的出口产品的采购经验

-Excellent knowledge of China labor and manufacturing

精通中国相关法律法规及工厂生产流程

-Can work under pressure and ready to work irregularly

能承受工作压力，接受不定时工作

-Must have excellent negotiation skills

优秀的沟通和谈判技巧

-Shows enthusiasm, drive and determination.

具有高度的工作热情，有上进心和决心

-MUST HAVE GREAT TEAM SPIRIT.

-Fluently in written and spoken English
