职位描述
职责：
1、协助经理日常工作安排；并及时报告、提醒重要工作事项；
2、协助总经理处理各类信件，起草信函、演讲稿、报告、文件等各类综合性文件；
3、负责重要文件材料、报告的准备及整理工作；
4、协助经理安排重要会议日程，确保公司各项工作的进展与及时性；
5、协助完成项目及后援支持等工作；
职位要求：
1、英语专业毕业,英语六级以上；
2、听说读写熟练，能用英语和外国人正常商务交际，包括合同的签署等；
3、熟练使用office办公软件；
4、具有一定的协调、沟通能力；
5、两年以上工作经验优先；
