-Provide sales administrative for sales meeting, sales collateral material and client SOPs, contact potential customers and maintain customer tariffs.
-Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management, monitor and report CRM utilization and SOPs, prepare quotations.
-3 years of logistic industry experience, functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage, basic sales knowledge.
- Good at written and verbal English, CET6 or above, high competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Self-organized, team player, good interpersonal and customer service skill, flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
Job responsbilities
-To provide administrative support to Business Development in connection with processing of customer inquiries, Business Development planning and business development controlling
-To provide business development support in relation to scheduling of business development meeting
-To generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
-To prepare quotations for PA network and targeted accounts
-To take up additional tasks as assigned
Job requirements
-Degree or above with CET 6 or above
-1 to 2 years experience in air/sea/customes brokerage
-Self-organised (prioritize, plan, execute, self-control)
-Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
-Customer Service skills and team player
-Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
