－ 负责空调主机房设备操作和维护保养，保证冷水机组及附属设备的运行。

－ 负责中央空调节器系统末端设备的日常维护保养。

－ 负责冰柜、冷库和制冰机等设备的维修保养，保证制冷效果。

－ 熟悉冷水机组的工作原理、性能和维修保养技术、独立掌握制冷维修技术。
