Sales Manager

Key Tasks:

1. Hunting & Develop new customer and expand the BD network in the assigned Industry vertical
2. To generate business with assigned clients, ensure successful client integration, maintain an upgrade company client relationship, execute sales process and feedback on marketing intelligence, and assist with sales forecasts.
3. Timely adjust the sales planning based on the actual & market situation and company focus.
4. Weekly reporting the sales progress to Head of Sales in line with the sales planning and action, maintain CRM as per company requirement.
5. Execute sales process.
6. All other duties as assigned.


Skills & competencies:

1. Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Logistics/ Forwarder industry with ocean freight and air freight knowledge.
3. Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers).
4. Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
5. Able to manage cross-functional interfaces.
6. Self-management and decision-making capabilities.
7. Self-driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills.
8. Relationship building and maintenance capabilities, results oriented, customer focus, presentation
9. Excellent command both of oral and written English (CET 4 or above) -Aggressive & presentable, can work under pressure, good interpersonal skill and team spirit.
10. Hard working & can work under pressure.
