职位描述

Guangzhou- Relocation to Shanghai after 1-2 years

· Trade Marketing Manager reports to Operation Manager Anmum China and is member of the Anmum China Operations team.

· Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for the Anmum Trade Marketing & Distribution Strategy and Trade Marketing Activation plans

· Trade Marketing Manager closely works together with Anmum Sales & Distribution team

Role accountabilities

1. Channel Strategy & Plans

· Participating in development of BU strategic plans

· Resulting in a yearly updated BU strategic plan and a 3 year Strategic Plan

· That is in line with Fonterra GCI strategy & objectives

· Responsible for development of Channel Strategy

· Responsible for development Trade Marketing Strategy

· Actively coming up with new ideas to improve strategy


2. Channel Strategy & Development

· Conducts regular Shopper and Channel Research- as input for plans, strategy

· Channel selection, implementation of plans, develop growth within channels

· Make sure the developed strategy will be implemented in effective and efficient way

· Considering the right translation/ adaptation to the local environment

· Ensure correct roll out by the S&D Teams

· Continuous improvement of the strategy based on learnings

3. Trade Marketing Strategy

· Set up and take lead in development Trade Marketing Strategy

· Develop yearly Trade Marketing Calendar, together with S&D teams

· Develop new tools- that strengthen the cooperation with our trade partners
& the development of our brand

· Come up with new ideas- that can stimulate business growth

· Take lead in implementation; monitor and track the development of the plans, correct where needed

4. Trade Marketing Tools Development

· Manage Trade marketing Calender & POP strategies/ tools

· Tools development- work together with S&D teams, Marketing and agencies to develop

· Make sure all systems are in place to measure effectiveness

· Hands on checks in the field to see if promotions are working

5. Business Development- Market, Product, Trade

· Trade Channel expert within team- conduct regular trade marketing studies, analyze trends

· Monitors trends in business, market and customer requirements

· Actively visiting trade events

· Delivers input to product development & other disciplines, consistent with the strategy & year plans

· Sees, anticipates and actively pursues new business opportunities

· Comes up with new trade Initiatives to improve the business


· Performance Measurement

· Establish effective tracking- to monitor effectiveness of promotional activities

· Monitor and analysis of pre-set KPI’s

· Plan, implement, control & review trade expenses

· Supports development of corrective actions when necessary

· Exchange of best practices between the regional sales teams
