职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
· Audit of factories on social compliance
· Report audit findings in a timely manner
· Manage social compliance audit and improvement results on a database
· Work with multi-functional teams in the improvement of factory conditions
· Understand and review internal and external compliance responsibilities and obligations
· Assist the manager in ensuring the continuous improvement of factories
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experiences on social compliance/factory quality system auditing or relative positions
· Good communication skill
· Good understanding of relevant local government legislations and policies.
· Good English language skills.
· Good computer skills.
· Self-motivated, attention to detail.
· Frequent travel is required
· University Degree or 1-2 years experiences in social compliance, manufacturing, quality assurance or related technical activity. (Candidates with less relevant experiences may also be considered as assistant Auditor)
