1、负责公司新客户的拓展和业务的开发；
2、 结合公司总体战略规划，收集和分析特定行业的动态信息，为公司决策提供依据；
3、与客户保持良好的日常沟通，及时发现并分析解决问题，并能够对客户提出建设性建议。
4、全程把近代所辖客户广告提案、谈判、合同签订、执行与后续服务
职位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业，广告公司同等岗位工作经历；男女不限且具有良好的形象气质；
2. 3年以上具有销售经验，有专业公关活动、传媒广告销售类或者平面设计商户拓展类工作经验优先，有平面设计类客户及广告客户资源者优先考虑；
3. 有强烈的成功欲望；
4. 具备强烈的职业意识和责任心，主观能动性较强，具有乐观的心态；
5. 高技巧的沟通能力；
6. 极强的学习能力，敏锐的洞察力，完善的逻辑结构性思维；
7. 良好的心理素质，能承受工作压力，优秀的团队精神。
