Job Description –Product Engineer
职责 :
1. 对相关产品的2D/3D 数据进行创建和维护
2. 设计新产品.
3. 借助 Solid Works, CATIA /UG NX CAD 等软件制作相关文件
4. 根据考泰斯产品设计程序评估设计的产品的相关性能
5. 根据产品开发的相关阶段,创建相关的功能数模及支持资料.
6. 协同内部和外部工作团队对产品的验证试验,批准量产品的相关功能.
7. 根据公司制定的质量和成本目标, 对产品进行持续改善
8. 对现有产品提供技术支持.
9. 开发产品认证测试方法
10. 评估分析验证数据
11. 采购相关零部件验证初期设计概念
12. 和设计人员探讨确保充分理解设计的理念要求.
13. 卓越的时间管理技巧, 有能力在有限的时间内同时处理不同的项目





要求:
1. 机械工程或相关专业
2. 3-5年的机械设计或机电工程经验
3. 很强的工程背景包括工程理论知识
4. 有塑料产品/金属产品的制程工艺和方法
5. 很好的读写说等沟通技巧.
6. 有发表和演讲的技巧
7. 有能力设计金属/塑胶产品
8. 有能力和客户打交道.
9. 有汽车行业经验者优先

Job Description –Product Engineer
Responsibilities:

1. Create, communicate and maintain 2D & 3D engineering data for engineering solutions related to products.
2. Final product design for new products.
3. Creation of all required documentation with the aid of Solid Works, CATIA /UG NX CAD system
4. Performance of product design reviews as required in Kautex PLM procedures
5. Create functional prototypes and supporting materials for projects based on the stages of our product development process.
6. Work with internal and external production teams to finalize, test, and approve product functionality for mass production.
7. Initiate continuous improvement of products relating to cost reduction and quality initiatives set by the company
8. Providing technical support and technical expertise on existing product.
9. Development of product qualification test protocols
10. Review and disposition of qualification test data
11. Generate purchase requisitions to obtain necessary components to validate the initial design
12. Collaborate with designers to understand aesthetic qualities and design intent.
13. Excellent time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines


Qualification:
1. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 3 to 5 years mechanical design or Electromechanical Engineering Experience
3. Strong analytical background including Engineering principles
4. Metals & plastics manufacturing & processing methodologies
5. Ability to design components in both plastic & metal materials.
6. Good written/spoken English
7. Good Communication skills and Presentation skills
8. Automotive background is a plus
