Job Responsibilities:
? Organize and follow up the accounting of the company for external and internal reporting.
? Implement corporate financial rules and procedures and control their enforcement.
? Relationships with Tax、statistical、financial institutions and co-operation with internal and external auditors.
? Reviews financial impact of current and future operations.
? Oversee budget forecasting, long-range plan development and implementation.
? Responsible for operating reviews and identifying business process improvements.
? Responsible to supervise and develop direct reports.
? Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
? Provide support to other positions as needed.
? Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
? At least 8 year finance experience in Manufacturing, including 3 year senior level financial position experience.
? Experience in automotive financial management preferred.
? Chinese language and verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Experience in accounting, costing, pricing, and financial reporting.
? Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel and common applications used in office.
? Must have leadership & organization skills.
? Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.
? Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data.
