Tasks and responsibilities:

1.Establish suitable service system to ensure timely repairing/warranty and maintenance service, in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.

2.Improve the information flow to provide timely quality feedback from the field.

改进信息渠道，从维修现场及时得到质量反馈。

3.Management of internal and external labor resources to ensure optimal service productivity.

管理驻内和驻外的人力资源，以确保最佳的服务生产力。

4.Supervision and coordination of all daily activities of Field Service Engineers.

监督及协调所有现场服务工程师的日常活动。

5.Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management of service activities.

负责售后服务过程中的质量、职业健康与安全和环境管理。。

6.Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies to achieve Company's target.

完善和实施配件销售政策，以达到公司目标。

7.Facilitation of spare part sales and sellable service or training.

促进配件销售和适于销售的服务或培训。

8.Organization development. Recruit and develop competent employees to achieve department target.

组织发展。招聘和发展能干的员工以达到部门的目标。

9.Co-ordination of training requirements.

统筹培训需求。

10.Ensuring service performance and profitability.

确保服务绩效及盈利能力。

11.Management of operating costs, labor recoveries and service variance.

管理运营成本、用人成本及服务变化。

Job Qualifications

Experience requirements

工作经验要求

1.At least 5 years experienced professional in service business of industrial equipment, preferably 2 years in managerial position at multinational company. National wide after-sales service experience in compressor industry is a plus.

至少有5年工业设备的售后服务商业经验,最好有2年在跨国公司管理职位。具有在国内压缩机行业售后经验优先。

2.Experience in aftermarket customer center environment is a plus.

具有在客户中心配件销售经验的优先。

Knowledge

知识

1.The ideal candidate will be results oriented and an experienced professional in service business of industrial equipment.

以结果为导向，并在工业设备领域中具有丰富的售后服务商业知识。

2.Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.

流利的英语和国语。

3.Excellent customer complaint handling skills and problem-solving skills.

Educational requirements

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or the related fields.
