DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Report to Western Team Leader.

Assist Team Leader in Yarn Sourcing and follow up.

Travel frequently to producers together with Team Leader to handover worksheets, prototype comments, review samples.

Assist Team Leader to solve product problems and work with suppliers to present alternatives.

Monitoring and managing overlapping tight schedules for development whilst ensuring that everyone involved are respecting each deadline.

Daily communication with European development team and producers.

Parcel sending and tracking.

Measuring and fitting proto samples.



POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:


Strong experience and skills in Knitwear Development.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Strong sense of colour and quality is a must.

Proactive, detail - minded, well organised and proficient in working with computers.

Good verbal and written English skills are required.

A team player who is willing to work with others and get the job done.

Stable employment history.
