2、有美术功底，审美能力强，对图片有直观而敏锐的感觉，对时尚有足够的理解和把握。作品构图大气，视觉冲击力强。
3、熟悉商业摄影相关设备器材，熟悉数码拍摄技术流程，工作态度认真负责。
4、对于摄影有源自于自身的强烈爱好，在摄影过程中有执着的钻研精神和追求“完美细致”的个性。
5、富有团队协作精神和责任感，素质优良，有创新精神，能够承受较强工作压力，能适应长时间以及各种环境的外景拍摄。
6、有良好的沟通能力、组织能力和执行力， 能用英语进行日常沟通者优先录用。
