（1）有native Java Applications 的相关开发经验（如果在Google Play 上有相关作品，可以在简历中给予提示！）。
（2）深入理解Android SDK。
（3）精通Android开发平台的框架原理， 能够熟练使用Android SDK。
（4）具有良好的调试技能。
（5）具有其他手机端的开发技能优先（IOS， 手机网页开发等）。
（6）工作富有激情， 善于团队合作。
（7）清晰，敏捷的思维，良好的英语听说能力。
（8）性格开朗，良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力和协调能力。
（9）有完整作品者优先考虑（面试时进行演示或者提供相关下载链接）。
