Telemarketing staff
一、岗位职责 Responsibilities:
1、教授英语课程，做好授课计划和准备，并完成教案的编写；
Working the phones for consultation, make an appointment to customers to visit;
2、管理学员级末测试；
Complete the target for customers’ appointments by phone and effective visit;
3、协助校方管理学员，包括学生的安置、记录考勤及学生情况跟踪；
Working for calling effective customers back and follow up;
4、负责语言实验室值班，维持实验室秩序，解答学生提出的相关问题，并协助教具的制作；
Working for input and manage the customer information;

5、协助处理学生投诉事宜，及时反馈学生意见；
6、协助举办包括课外活动在内的学校各项教学活动；
7、负责教学部管理。
二、职位要求：
1、英语本科以上相关学历,TEM 8；
2、良好的沟通能力，优秀的授课技巧；
3、负责，有耐心，积极，愿投身教育事业；
4、有雅思、托福考试，两年以上教学经验和海归背景者优先优先。
