岗位职责：

1、负责接听或呼出电话，负责协助大客户经理进行销售工作；

2、接待来访学员，给学员提供咨询，并达成课程销售；

3、针对不同客户的情况做好回访、跟进工作；

4、数据的收集、整理、分析，并汇总报表；

5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，有教育培训行业销售经验者优先；
2、热爱咨询业，善于交流，具有良好的沟通技巧，表达能力强，有感染力；
3、普通话和广东话标准，相貌端庄，有亲和力；
4、头脑灵活，应变、抗压能力强，做事严谨、虚心好学；
5、有良好的服务意识和团队精神，敢于挑战或者突破自我；

6、熟悉电脑操作和办公软件应用。

本岗位一经录用，待遇从优，参考薪酬范围：5000元-2000元，视能力、经历定薪。
