This is a postion of ECSR (English Customer Service Representative), and it's job responsibilities are to:

--Provide fast and professional customer service via email and live chat and other communication tools

--Handle daily customer inquiries and solve problems for customers on all before and after sales issues

--Ensure timely order dispatch, and assist customers with delivery tracking issues

--Resolve customer complaints and disputes, handle return and replacement requests properly and maintain good account status

--Report to team leaders, submit product reports to team leaders regularly

Requirement:

--Associate Degree or above, major in English or E-commerce or other related majors

--Good command  of written and spoken English and Chinese 

--Good team spirit, able to work on shifting schedules (weekends)and duri public holidays

--Abe to cooperate with others to achieve company goals
