工作职责：

1.综合审视客户提供的图纸或产品，了解装配效果

2.对模具提出优化其结构的合理方案，实施全面分析

3.按计划优化设计每一套模具，制作模具明细表，订做模胚、材料。

4.与生产、设备等相关人员配合、沟通，确保模具制作按设计思想和图纸进行

5.跟踪所负责模具加工的进度，填写模具加工进度表

6.负责公司安排的其他工作

职位要求：

1．大专以上学历，机械、模具等相关专业；

2．熟练使用PRO/E、UG、,CAD等软件；

3．至少1年以上塑胶模设计工作经验，熟悉注塑模具结构；

4．工作有条理，思维清晰，较强的计划和执行能力；

5．良好的表达和沟通能力及较强的团队协作精神；

6．熟悉塑胶模具加工及注塑成型工艺的优先。

应届毕业生亦可！
