Overview
Designs, develops, analyzes, and implements manufacturing test processes for PCBA level and sytem level printer products and aftermarket kits. Leads/supports various operational groups in determining root cause and resolution of performance related issues. Supports various operational groups in cost reduction of existing products and parts. Independently develops and implements process improvements to existing products to support cost reduction goals.

Responsibilities
Manufacturing PCBA Test Engineer - Implements and supports processes used to manufacture PCBA's for mobile, card, desk top, table top, and kiosk printer.
? Handling day to day technical support of production lines for test related issues
? Develop and support software applications in C# used to test Zebra products
? Develop and support custom C# applications developed to support other business needs.
? Design and build custom PCBA’s used for test support
Activities include, but are not limited too, fixture design and procurment, manufacturability reviews, DFT/DFM, process qualification. Approves ECOs amd MfgCOs to support product and process changes. Leads or particpates in projects to improve quality and efficiency.

Resolves/leads complex development/ problem resolution / improvement projects. Performs/leads moderate to complex process development projects with full conceptualization.

Generates fully developed ideas addressing obvious factors.Carries out all process development and verification activities. Develops and verifies documentation for complex projects.

Qualifications
? BSEE or BSET and at least 3 years of experience in electronic testing or design including PCBA Functional and System Functional test.
? Strong background in programming using .Net preferred C#
? Familiar with DFT and DFM guidelines.
? Can demonstrate detailed knowledge in one or more programming languages, C++, C#, Visual Basic.
? Ability to design test circuits as required implementing test plan.
? Experience with electronic design, circuit board design and circuit board manufacturing.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
? Familiarity with MS Office products including MS Project, CAD, other design tools.
? Able to schedule and maintain multiple projects at a time, that may be located at cross site locations.
