职位描述
岗位职责:
1、 与总经理、高级管理层紧密合作，商讨策略性业务计划和政策发展。监督重要资源的战略进展，做好控制计划和项目的管理工作；
2、 负责起草各种重大会议会务、接待方案、费用预算，报审批后组织落实；
3、 处理日常行政工作，负责各部门间的沟通工作，负责完善和优化行政事务工作流程；负责所有行政和支持活动的组织工作；
4、负责人事考核、考查工作。建立人事档案资料库，规范人才培养、考查选拔工作程序，组织定期戒不定期的人事考证、考核、考查的选拔工作；
5、严格遵守"劳动法"及地方政府劳动用工政策和公司劳动管理制度，负责招聘、录用、辞退工作，组织签订劳动合同，依法对员工实施管理；
6、负责对员工劳动保护用品定额和计划管理工作；
7、 代表公司与相关单位建立良好的关系。
岗位要求：
1、三年以上行政管理工作经验、一年以上主管工作经验；
2、 年龄：30岁以上
3、 专业：相关专业毕业
4、 能力要求：能熟练运用WORD、EXCEL、PPT等办公软件，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力、提出/解决问题能力、写作能力。
