Job Description

Able to coordinate and implement all detail of sample development from concept to final concept samples.

Able to do inline QC of all production.

Able to develop and maintain accurate records of all the above (sample development/ production/ QC) and specifically to create detailed garment specification for hand off to factory.

Control quality in production through checking first sample / approval sample / preproduction sample, mass production and shipment sample.

Responsible for orders and clients follow up, from sampling arrangement, mass production until shipment completed

Coordinating with factories / suppliers

Monitoring order status and production status to meet shipment deadline

QUALIFICATIONS

Age : not over 35 years old

Bachelor degree in any related field

5-7 years experience in same position

Strong Factory experience

Experience in Garments production processes and assembling ( Knits and woven)

Knowledge of pattern making, garments dying/washing, printing.

Excellent knowledge of garments costing, pricing.

Good negotiation, analytical and organizational skills

Basic knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel.

Team builder, leadership and communications skills

Excellent fashion sense - Hands on and “Can do” attitude
