Job Description:
1、To manage a small production department (about 12 persons), for the assembly of custom designed bioreactors.
2、Execution and optimization of the quality management system
3、Check and release of incoming goods
4、Execute the inspection of bioreactor systems, at the factory and the customer site, on the compliance of technical and functional specifications as documented in the inspection protocol

Tasks:
1、Assist management with the development of the strategic plan and the quality policies.
2、Formulate, manage and guard the department operational year plan.
3、Manage the department staff and QA-assistants.
4、Calculate, manage and guard the department budget.
5、Formulate, implement (in cooperation with department management) and manage (release, revision and archiving) of the quality system documents, including the quality manual, procedures, technical work instructions, documents and forms, and the related reports.
6、Guide staff or workgroups through the creation and implementation of quality system documents.
7、Evaluate individual complaints and “non-compliant material” reports, complaints handling and non-compliant material reports of a defined timeframe.
8、(Co-)Guard the corrective and preventive measure by means of non-compliance reports, complaint handling, audits and certification examinations.
9、Educate and train staff in quality tools and techniques.
10、Provide technical and organizational information to the Project Calculator for the calculation of equipment quotations.
11、Maintain and guard, like for example timely calibrate measurement tools and molds etc.
12、Analyze spend costs and work hours of executed orders in relation to the pre-calculated costs and hours, like for example optimize the standardized tasks working times.
13、Check the validation- and test protocols on correctness before use and on completeness after use.
14、Reuse information of executed project for new projects.
15、Participate in design checks and evaluation meetings of projects.
16、Provide information for post-calculation of executed projects.
17、Periodical provide statistical information in relation to the check-in and check-out processes.
18、Advice in relation to recruitment, selection and training of personnel.
19、Correctly apply standards, instructions and procedures.
20、Take care of feedback of quality non-compliance to management.
21、Provide safe tools and a safe working environment.
22、Setting up the procedures needed for ISO 9001 and getting the organization certified

Job Requirement / Core Competencies:
1、At least 3 years of work experience in QA/QC of a high-end production facility
2、Experience in working with skilled workers in the field of mechanical, electro technical and software engineering
3、Experience in commercial and international environments
4、Experience with handling complex quality systems like GMP/cGMP
5、Experience with setting up the procedures needed for ISO 9001
6、Master’s degree in business administration / engineering
7、Strong organizational skills
8、Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
9、Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
10、Comfortable in a document driven and formally specified environment
11、Team builder personality
12、Stress resistant
13、Fluent in spoken and written English
14、Interested in engineering
