This is a very challenging and stressful job. The right person will be sent to Australia to learn the Performia full recruitment cycle. After that, you need to stick to the cycle to guide and support our clients to make sure all recruitment activities are performed and completed in the right way. To succeed in this job, very high level of drive, commitment and motivation are in need. You have to be extremely certain that this is the job you want.
